Bruce Stephen Holms speaks to a gathering of people in Santa Barbara, CA 3/20/1994 -- LIFE ETERNAL

On March 20, 1994, in a venue located in Santa Barbara, CA - a large gathering of Timeless Voyager Radio listeners came to hear to the popular New Age talk-radio host speak on the topic of "Life Eternal". During the live presentation, Bruce Stephen Holms explained how the concept of time as explained in the Bhagavad Gita over 5,000 years ago differed from our 20th century understanding of infinity. 

Once the audience was well established in the number of years, he began to show them how large this "Vedic" idea of the "span of time" was. He then surprised them with the realization that "infinity" wasn't at all a span of time -- but rather, a symbol that apparently didn't really have very much meaning at all -- except for mathematicians.

Holms, host of Timeless Voyager Radio, chalk in hand and blackboard (you can hear the chalk on the blackboard — truly “Old School”) continued to captivate the audience with one example after another until the attendee's very small construct of time had vanished. What was left was a premise that shook the very foundation of each participants personal beliefs.
